Coconut Crock-Pot Chicken

Massage whole chicken with Wasabi paste or Wasabi powder, salt and pepper. Sear Chicken on both sides. In the meantime, have Crock-Pot on, with a can of coconut milk warming up. Place chicken in Crock-Pot with seared lemon slices in the same pan seared chicken in. Place lemon slices on top of chicken. Squeeze half of lemon on top of chicken. Add fresh cilantro and Thai basil.


Let the chicken cook all day. Basting the chicken every hour or so makes it even yummier. Yum yum.šŸ˜˜ Good luck.šŸ˜
